Visiting the Practice

We try to make our premises and services as easily accessible as we can. If you think there is something we could do to improve matters, please let us know.

The surgery is easily accessible for wheelchair users, and for those with impaired mobility. There are no steps into the building. Dedicated disabled parking is available outside the surgery. Corridors and doorways are wide, and the building is carpeted throughout. There is plenty of seating within our waiting areas.

Should you have any difficulties accessing the building or require any assistance, please either phone ahead, or ring the surgery bell, and a member of our reception team will be pleased to assist you.

The surgery operates an tannoy system to advise patients when the doctor or nurse is ready. If you will have any problems hearing or responding to the announcement, please advise our reception team who will assist you.
